Education is the main way for citizens to realize the mobility of social strata. However, due to the differences of regional educational capital, family social and economic status and social population characteristics, children in developed areas with parents being at higher social and economic status are more likely to obtain high-quality educational resources. That is to say, the intergenerational transmission of education, and the discussion of "difficulty of nurturing a noble son in an impoverished family" is endless, which essentially reflects citizens' concern to education inequality. In order to solve this problem, the government should promote education policies and resources to low-income areas and groups, accurately implement policies for different groups, and improve education laws and regulations and supporting management systems.
