Abstract

In early 2020, the outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia had a huge and profound impact on China's catering industry. This article expounds the impact of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia on China's catering industry from three levels: industry, catering enterprises and consumers. In the post-epidemic era, due to the continuous impact of the epidemic, strategies were proposed to overcome the difficulties and promote the sustainable and stable development of the catering industry.
