With the rapid development of China in recent years, people are paying more and more attention to mental health education. As the main channel of college students' mental health education, classroom plays an important role in college students' mental health education. This paper introduces blended teaching into the college students’ mental health education course, and introduces the teaching design and practice of blended college students’ mental health education based on ADDIE model from analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation five stages, improves teaching effect and promotes the development of mental health education.
