As an important social public welfare force, college student volunteers will play an active role in the future development of social pension undertakings. The construction of this model will be conducive to exploring new ways of community pension for the elderly. The service for the aged provides a new method and a new way for the development of voluntary service and ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. the elderly care community based on Colleges and universities has developed for nearly 20 years in the United States, and has formed a relatively complete business mode and planning layout. Japan and South Korea and other aging countries have also explored their own unique development path in the field of UBRC. At present, there are still many defects and problems in the home-based elderly care in Colleges and universities.
