Abstract

Based on the statistical analysis of the survey data of 409 new generation employees, the results show that: a new generation of overqualified employees have a significant positive impact on constructive deviant behavior; After introducing two mediating variables, role breadth Self-efficacy and psychological safety, Bootstrap test showed the parallel mediating effect between role breadth Self-efficacy and psychological safety on the new generation of employees' perceived Over-qualification and constructive deviant behavior, among which the total effect was 0.378, the direct effect was 0.062 and the total mediating effect was 0.316. It shows that the two have parallel and multiple mediating effects on the relationship between perceived Over-qualification and constructive deviant behavior.
